Deposits are credited to your account instantly. In the case of a failed deposit, funds are typically returned within 24 hours, though network issues may occasionally cause delays.

Transferring funds to a third-party account or depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

• Age Requirement: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account. Age verification may be carried out if there is any doubt.
• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You may choose to temporarily suspend your account for a set period at any time.
• Reality Check: You will receive a warning notification if you play continuously for an extended period.

299 BDT Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended in the following circumstances:

• For breaching any clause of the Terms & Conditions.

• Using false or fraudulent identification.
• For legal reasons or upon the directive of relevant authorities.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is suspended and no rule violation is found, the deposited funds will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the relevant funds may be forfeited.

299 BDT shall not be held responsible for:

• Losing a bet due to an internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from your password being compromised.
• Service disruptions caused by earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters.
• Services becoming restricted due to changes in government laws or policies.

299 BDT The right to amend, add to, or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time is reserved. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change.
• For significant changes, you will be notified via SMS to your registered mobile number or through an in-app notification.
• Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
